UMR Letters to House and Senate Leaders Urging Inclusion of $10 Billion for NIH in the Upcoming COVID Relief Package

February 8, 2021

In February 2021, UMR reached out to House and Senate Leaders to urge the inclusion of $10 billion in supplemental funding for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the upcoming COVID relief package. Doing so will help to fulfill grants that have been affected by shutdowns, so the NIH can continue to lead the world in biomedical research and bring this pandemic to an end.
